Christian Rodgers

We started Shellbourne Aviation to offer focused, high-quality flight training for pilots looking to fly with skill and confidence. As a CFI, I currently specialize in high performance endorsements and commercial pilot training.

I teach exclusively in a 1966 Cessna 182J, a dependable aircraft that gives students valuable experience in high-performance flying. As the school grows, I plan to offer private pilot and instrument rating instruction as well.

My goal is simple: to help you become a safe, capable, and confident pilot.

My goal for our students is to offer the opportunity to learn, fly, and gain access to the flying community. I am here to answer any questions or direct you to our chief pilot.

My background includes emergency medicine since 2015, and flight nursing since 2020 with an MSN in Nursing Leadership and Administration. I've been at my husband's side since day one of his flying career, and I would never look back. 

My passion for flying is different than most pilots. But the sense of adventure, dedication, and discipline is the same.

Whether you're taking your first discovery flight or prepping for your checkride, Turbi’s here to remind you to trust the process and enjoy the journey.
